What does the 60-day warranty cover?
If the part we repaired malfunctions or is defective, we will exchange parts OR provide you with a refund. This warranty excludes software problems, devices with signs of liquid damage, motherboard issues, and owner neglect (including chips, cracks, scuffs, drops, breaks, bent frame, unauthorized part removal, abuse, element exposure, cracked LCD, etc.). It’s highly recommended to bring the phone at a 25% charge or higher, to prevent the iPhone from dying. If any of these problems are present, the warranty becomes void under all circumstances. Our 60-day warranty period is a hard deadline and will not be extended.

Water Damaged iPhones & iPhones with Broken LCD
Any device that we cannot test before the repair WILL NOT be eligible for our warranty. We are not liable for any damage present after the repair.

iPhone 7/7 Plus and 8/8 Plus Water Resistance
We cannot guarantee that your iPhone 7/7 Plus and 8/8 Plus will be resistant to liquid upon completion of the repair. We are not liable for any liquid damage.

Exchanges (60 days)
Our exchange includes: swapping out the defective part for a new working part. This is done at NO charge to you. If any signs of damage are present on the screen, the warranty becomes void.

Refunds (7 days only)
To receive a refund, we must receive our part back in the condition it was sold at (brand new with no scratches/cracks/scuffs/signs of wear) and we will install a broken part back. We cannot guarantee that you will get your original part back. If a refund is issued due to prior phone damage and our part is not malfunctioned, a $30 labor fee + any delivery charges will be deducted from the total refund. Refund eligibility is limited to within 7 days after repair.
